RbUtils development status

Developments of RbUtils 0.13 are done and we expect to release this version on March 2009.

RbUtils 0.13 contains the following changes:

• html for rbchecker
  
• html for rbgenerator
• upgrade third party jars

Next release will focus on making extensions easier.
